The Hound Haus was born from a belief that grooming should be a restorative experience, not a stressful one.

With a professional background in mental health, Emma founded the Haus with a 'calm-first' philosophy. She has traded clinical settings for the styling table, bringing a deep level of patience and understanding to every dog in her care.

When she isn't in the salon, Emma is usually fueled by her love for travel, exploring new landscapes and bringing that same sense of adventure and fresh perspective back to her work in Blackpool.

But the Haus is more than just a salon—it is a family legacy. Emma is building this business with the future in mind, alongside her son, who will be joining the team to help run the Haus. Together, they are establishing a true family business where passion for animal welfare is passed down through the generations.

Whether it’s a puppy’s first clip or a senior dog needing a gentle touch, Emma’s approach ensures every 'Haus Hound' feels safe, respected, and part of the family.
